HireWorld Service Fee Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to HireWorld, where freelancers and clients connect to bring projects to life. This Service Fee Agreement outlines the fees associated with using our marketplace platform.

2. Service Fee

Both freelancers and clients will incur a service fee of 10% of the total project cost. This fee will be automatically deducted from the payment made by the client at the time of project completion.

3. Payment Process

For Clients: When you hire a freelancer, the total project cost will be calculated, and the service fee of 10% will be added to your payment.

For Freelancers: Upon successful project completion and payment by the client, the service fee will be deducted from the total amount before disbursement to you.

4. Transparency

All fees will be clearly displayed before the finalization of any transaction. Clients and freelancers will receive detailed invoices showing the project cost, service fee, and net amount.

5. Amendments

HireWorld reserves the right to modify the service fee structure. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and the updated agreement will take effect for all future transactions.

6. Acceptance

By using HireWorld, both freelancers and clients acknowledge and accept this Service Fee Agreement.

“Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE”

“Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED and USD will be accepted for payment”

“The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency”.

“We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries”

“Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website”

“Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://hireworld.ae/ policies and rules”

“User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account”

7. Payment Policy

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

REFUND POLICY 

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
