Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive user research using various methods, including usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, interviews, and contextual inquiries.
• Develop user personas, user journey maps, and scenarios based on research findings.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create user-centered design solutions.
• Facilitate usability testing sessions to identify and diagnose usability issues.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Prepare detailed research reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the user experience, making iterative improvements as necessary.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in user experience research and testing.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in user research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Proficiency in creating and conducting user tests, surveys, and interviews.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize research data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience with user testing tools such as UsabilityHub, Optimal Workshop, or UserTesting.com.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for collaboration and prototyping.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experience using tools like Google Optimize or Optimizely.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present research findings and recommendations effectively.
• Experience in creating personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Understanding of UX principles and best practices, particularly in web and mobile design.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX research, with a proven track record of conducting user testing and delivering impactful insights.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
• Previous experience in B2B or SaaS platforms is a plus.
